Joseph has sixteen years of legal experience. He is admitted into practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and both the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court and Middle District of Pennsylvania federal court. Before joining RQP Law in 2012, Joseph worked at an international company for over ten years.
A Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society fellow, Joseph has used his bankruptcy law expertise to help Philadelphia residents through his work with the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project. He earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he focused on taxation and bankruptcy.
Joseph resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife, two kids, and two dogs.
